Have used this product for a number of years - seems to be very effective. It's water-based so works best on dry timber - best used on timber that's been trimmed to fit (so no untreated surfaces to let in rot and bugs) paying particular attention to end-grain. Once dry there's no smell and the natural colour is unchanged. Treated wood can be finished as normal with water- or solvent-based paints, varnishes or polishes. Be extra careful not to breath in saw-dust (it will be toxic!)

Triple action wood treatment
Product was very easy to use, covers well value for money if it works as described, used on the floor and frame of a garden shed that had started to rot appears to do a good job but will have to wait and see with the passing of time, at the moment very satisfied with product.
