I believe too many people are looking for a how-to as a means to an end. There are always risks and consequences for our actions with too many regretting and passing blame in worst-case scenarios (STDs). It's good to find material that covers information gives us pause for thought and creates possibilities for greater intimacy.

Explained why my first wife was such a prude. I always knew and thought oral sex was ok. And this book reaffirmed that. After 15 years of Church and her feeling that anything outside of missionary was dirty. I am happy to gone down on my girlfriend

Nothing that you might not already know, but interesting

There is very little in this book involving actual oral techniques. Most of the book is about how to have conversations about psychological issues, STIs, comfort level, etc. A whole section about positions and another about breathing seem irrelevant.

Most of what is written is common-sense but laid out in a very long-winded fashion. You're better off going elsewhere.
