Incline Fit Anti-Burst Exercise Ball, Base & Pump

What a great idea, including a base with an exercise ball! I don't know about you, but when I've had similar balls without a base, they just roll all over the house, and frequently sneak up on you so that you can trip over them. The base is very easy to put together--it just snaps together.The ball is also very easy to inflate. I gave a little groan when I took it out of the package, but it comes with a pump and with two pins (in case you lose one). It literally took me under three minutes to inflate the ball.Apparently I got the wrong size. There's a guide in the box--if you're under 4' 8" tall, 48cm, 4'8" to 5'3" inches you need a 55cm ball, 5'3" to 6', a 65cm ball and if you're over 6 feet, 75cm. You're supposed to be able to sit on it with your thighs parallel to the floor. I got a 55cm one and should have gotten the 65cm, but it's okay. I can still do lots of exercises with it. Speaking of exercises, it also comes with a little book of exercises to try.Also in the box is a nice little card, saying if you're not happy for any reason to email them and they will fix it. On the other side of the card is an offer for a free jump rope! Nice surprise, and it makes this an even better deal than it was already.Very happy with my purchase.

Really happy with my purchase. I pumped the ball 80% on the first day as recommended in the manual then I did not use for 24 hours. The following day I pumped it all the way, but it didn't look fully pumped to me so I e-mailed Incline Fit at [email protected]. They told me to keep pumping until it gets to the recommended diameter. I was a little hesitant to keep pumping because the ball already felt hard, but I took the advice of the lovely customer service representative and it worked to my benefit. The ball did turn out to be the perfect size after all.Really happy it came with a workout guide that I can use to help me with workouts. It deflates easily and the pump worked well enough. I'm happy with the purchase, but I'm even happier knowing that if something did go wrong Incline Fit's customer service would have been there to help me.

I use the ball base on carpet and it helps me keep the ball stable when I’m using it as a chair or during workouts. I definitely would recommend not using it on hardwood floor as you can easily slip. I use it on a 55 cm ball and it works. I can definitely see how a much bigger ball would fit in here too. Assembling the base took me less than a minute. I could have done it with my eyes closed. I can’t believe there are top-selling balls that do not include a base that sell for more money than this ball and base. It makes no sense. The value here is great. I just wish they offered more colors.My favorite part is that my ball doesn’t roll around and get stuck to things (and sometimes peel off paint) anymore. The main purpose of getting the base with the ball for me was so that I can park the ball when I’m not using it. Before I had peeled it off of my coffee table or wall and sometimes the paint comes with it. Thankfully I won’t have that problem anymore.The ball feels like it has a thick skin and is anti-burst. I followed the instructions in the manual about pumping to 80% and then fully the following day and I’d recommend that you do the same.

The ball and stand are nice, only 2 stars given because it's next to useless for me because the size chart in my case is wrong. If you are long legged or short legged the chart is meaningless. I bought a 65 based of the chart and my knees are above my hips. NOT GOOD! I wrote to the seller and haven't heard from them regarding just swapping the ball for the right size.Update: I was contacted by Kevin with Incline and was able to get the correct ball I needed. Great response, and the ball is of excellent quality, I'm looking forward to working out using the ball.

I received my Incline Exercise Ball Wednesday and love it! I had my sister and 5 year old niece try this out as well as myself. It was a simple assembly to put the base together and blow up the ball. It is extremely durable and comfortable. I tried it on carpet and hardwood floors. It’s best on the carpet of course due to the grip of the carpet, but both work just fine. You can really feel it working in your back only after a few minutes which I really enjoyed. My niece would not stop using it! I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a quality and durable exercise ball. The shipping and delivery was also super fast which is important to me. Try it out, trust me you will enjoy it.

I was a little hesitant when I read a one star review saying it popped on first use, but I bought it anyway. To the guy who wrote that: Are you kidding me? Did you jump on the ball or stab it? This thing is so thick-skinned I don’t know how that is possible.Every ball should come with a base. You’re just going to eventually realize that you need it when it’s all rolling around everywhere. It needs a parking space! Why wait to spend another $15-20 when you can get two for the price of one with Incline Fit?This ball comes with a base and it’s more affordable than other balls that don’t. It’s a no brainer! This is the best deal for an exercise ball on the market. I use it on different surfaces and so far so good.

I ordered this ball for the upcoming winter season, since it will be harder to go to the gym in these cold fronts! I ordered the largest size, which after reading was probably not necessary since I am only 4'10". The ball was easy to put together, the only thing that threw me off a bit was the smell of product. It has that new rubber smell that filled my entire house, I felt like once it was fully inflated I took a Clorox wipe and wiped the entire ball. Other than that, the ball comes with awesome exercises, as well as a stand for a desk chair option. I brought it to work, however it was a little short for my desk -- also my height doesn't help! I love working out with this, but do recommend you check on what size matches your height. Because I ordered the largest ball, it definitely is a little too large to do some of the exercises, but I manage and love having it!

I got the recommended height for 5'6" and its perfect. Finally, no more back pain when I'm stuck at my desk.The assembly was pretty intuitive, but be warned that this did NOT come with instructions on how to actually inflate the ball, just suggestions on how full to pump it. It doesn't look like it's right, but apparently you really can just stick the end of the pump firmly in the hole and go nuts, then when youre done shove one of those white pin thingies in there. The lifting tab for the pins is a godsend, no way would I ever be able to get it out with just my hands. Make sure you keep that. The pump was pretty easy to use (A lot better than the other cheap pump things I've been given with exercise balls in the past)I'm at 260 lbs and this thing is holding up like a champ.The only thing that's a bit annoying is you do tend to slide around a bit on the base and I do become slightly concerned that my weight is being put on the edge of the base rather than the bottom of the ball, so I readjust quite a lot. But its not the end of the world and sitting without the base is just as comfy.

My husband purchased this for me for Christmas and I LOVE IT. It is the sturdiest stability ball I have encountered to date. I am using it at my desk as a desk chair and it is very stable in its base. The bands that attach to it are next on my wish list.If you can, just for a moment imagine sitting at your desk and once an hour just stretching your body over the ball or picking up the bands for some bicep curls, or just sit on it and using your muscles to keep you stable, YES it is that easy. This product will change my life, it can do the same for anyone; with very little effort.The incline ball is THE BALL of stability balls. Keep up the great work guys.

Adquirí estas pelotas para usarlas en la oficina, al principio la espalda baja terminaba muy cansada, lo ideal es hacer una transición gradual, un par de horas al día en la pelota y otro en la silla, hasta que se sientan cómodos para estar todo el día en ella. Debes estar consciente de la posición, para evitar dolor, ya que según el fisio, en todo momento hay microcontracciones de los músculos.Tener en cuenta la estatura de la persona para elegir el tamaño correcto. Todo llegó en perfecto orden y tiempo.

The ball is way too small, I ordered a 65cm ball but what I got is definitely way smaller. I have one ball already that is 65cm and this one is at least 8” shorter when both are fully inflated making it useless for me. Pretty frustrating seeing as the price goes up with the size of the ball so I paid more for no reason. Very disappointing

Pero si deben revisar que el tamaño sea el adecuado para ustedes. Como dice el instructivo, al sentarse sus piernas deben quedar en 90° para que sea cómodo.

I have been using this exercise ball for about a week now, and it is doing what it needs to do.I sit on it at my desk, then bring it out to work out as well. I find having the base very important, so that when I am not using it it doesn't start to roll around the house (which used to happen with my old one).I like that they include a spare pin, and the device to get the pin out!The material had a plastic/rubber smell when first opened and for the first day or so, but has since disappeared completely (I think this is normal for all these types of equipment).

I got this to replace my chair to improve my posture and to use for simple stretches. This product was on the lower price end compared to similar products. The stand is good in that it keeps the ball stationed, however, the base is made of cheap plastic material and assembly is required. The ball itself is sturdy but performance is mediocre. I would recommend it based on the price but dont expect too much out of it.

I am just using it now after purchasing it a month ago. It says to first inflate 80% then 20% more the next day. I do not have a measuring tape to be sure, so am waiting to get that to be sure I am not over inflating itBut disappointed by this since wanted to use it the day I took it out of the boxAppears to be good quality and like that it came with a stand.Recomend this as a good yoga ball.

I've been using this for about a month at work instead of a desk chair and its been great. MY back, butt and neck don't hurt anymore as its improved my posture (even though it doesn't have a back like a chair would). I'm 5'5 and I got the 65cm which I found to be perfect for desk height, but i would have maybe gone for a 55cm if I was using this for daily workouts.

I'm not sure what the other review for this product is talking about. My ball came with not only one but two plugs for the hole! Being that his is the most affordable exercise ball on Amazon, I think it does the job AND MORE. In addition, the hand pump made pumping the ball so much easier than the cheaper foot pump that comes with exercise balls from the competitor. The ball's material is very strong and the ball itself is great. Highly recommend this product.

This Stability Ball is great: it performs precisely as hoped, with the extra bonus of having the base for added stability if using as a "chair" (and to keep the ball from rolling all over the house when not in use!). Its perfect for at my desk, and its great for my workouts. Plus, being able to choose the size was nice because at 5'2", most stability balls are too big for me to exercise with efficiently; the 55cm ball by Incline is perfect. While it probably isn't the thickest of stability balls, in terms of price, it's exactly what I expected. Very pleased with my purchase.

Good quality, works as you would expect. Clear instructions on how to fill it up the first time. Pump works fine but its a little weak you have to be careful with it.One issue, we received a 55cm diameter ball and not the 65cm we ordered. The box was labelled 65cm but we measured the circumference, calculated the diameter and we found a 55cm ball. It ended up working out for the purchaser but still a little worrying on quality control. 4 out of 5.

Perfect balancing ball. Holds it shape and comes with a ball stand plus added air hand pump. Have been perfect in using for physio exercises. Has lost slight air over time, just removed plug and refilled. Love the stand that comes with it!! Easy to put stand together.

After much debate about what size to order, I decided to order both 65 & 75 sizes. When inflated fully they were absolutely identical in size. Very frustrating since there is no way for me to compare the two sizes now.One came with one plug and the other came with two plugs.They smell very strongly of chemicals.No instructions.Comes with a very poor quality hand pump.Buy this ball if you're not picky and just want a cheap one in any old size because it's a good price.

Used this as a birthing ball. Used all throughout my labour and am so glad I did! Helped relieve my back and pelvis pain during contractions and now I use it to work my back and pelvis while I recover postpartum. Great value! Only thing is it took a little time to inflate other than that it’s great!
