Water Resistant!!!
I knew they were supposed to be water-resistant before I ordered them but I did not expect them to be that good. I live in a country where we get a lot of snow during the winter and I've been walking in it without any worries. I was very nicely surprised. Keeps the feet warm and I haven't slipped once even though I've walked on icy pavements. In addition, I find them not only useful but also stylish. Would recommend to anyone looking for those qualities!

Outstanding for a ski holiday
Bought these a couple of weeks ago to take on a ski trip to Les Duex Alpes (usually I just struggle on by with slippy trainers on the ice) - what a purchase these are! Comfy, warm and allowed me to walk uphill on snow and ice (!) without slipping at all. Ran around in the snow like a lunatic one night doing sledging on a green run and feet were bone dry at the end of it. Rarely leave reviews but thought I should for these, worth every penny. Just a note, my usual size is a 10 but they only had either 9.5 or 10.5 so I went for 10.5 and they were plenty roomy for a thick pair of socks. A 10 would probably have been perfect and I have awkwardly wide feet. So despite other reviews I'd say order for your normal size rather than a size above.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE BOOTS
I bought these boots on 24.01.19 so have only had them for 9 months. Initially I believed them to be comfortable, warm and waterproof. After only a maximum of 6 months wear (not worn in the summer for dog walking) on paths both heels have ripped open!! I know they were not expensive, but they should have lasted longer than that! I am 5ft 7 inches tall and weigh 10 stone. I bought them a size bigger than I need so that I have extra room for thick socks in the winter months and they were very comfortable (until the heals split) and warm but certainly NOT WATERPROOF. Please don't waste your money on them.......

There's a reason they're relatively cheap
Like: look nice, warm fur lining, light and comfortableDisappointment: yes, perhaps made from a waterproof material, but NO, definitely not waterproof. In longish wet grass, they leak through tongue, through stitching; also, boots have been worn for a short while for dog walking and already, rubber under-material is already cracking and starting to reveal more leak points; NOT durable.May be ok for light use with no water drops above the tongue but definitely not waterproof or durable enough for dog walks in the park in the wet grass.

Effective, durable, reasonably priced & waterproof
We recently went to Iceland at the end of November. Temperatures at 0, -4 C. I was impressed with the shoes as my feet didn’t feel cold at all. I order 0.5 size bigger as I wanted to wear normal thin socks + merino wool socks. And it fits perfectly. It was also very durable as we went to the geysir and stepped on the hot water and walking in mud.. no leaking into the shoes at all. I am pleased with the order. My husband was wearing the same one and also said the same. Very comfortable, durable, waterproof and cold proof..

Good all round boot
Good all round warm boot, I got these for walking the dog while it’s wet and muddy outside, and didn’t want to wreck my more expensive hiking boots. Fit was good, I have wide feet and they fitted well, although I did have to pull them tight to stop the heal rising, best fit was to not use the top hole and pull my heal down using the first ‘D’ ring. Have walked a couple of times and keep my feet warm, but if the water is deep it will come in through the eyelets. Good all round boot of the price.

Comfort.
I liked the fact that although the boots were fur lined it did not effect the fit of the boots they are very comfortable. I use them when going on long walks I will also be using them in the colder months for work.

Great winter boots!
I bought a pair of these boots a couple years ago when going to Switzerland. They are great warm boots, and leave enough space to wear very tick socks too.I have quite small ankles so I need to wear chunky socks with snow/hiking boots because otherwise they will rub and get sore. These boots are nice and soft, but also allow me to wear thick socks or leg warmers and roll them down. They look really heavy-duty, but they are very light and comfortable. Amazingly light, actually. The boots are wide enough, but your feet still feel secure.I have done a lot of muddy miles in mine and they would have lasted longer than two years, but I decided to buy a new pair this year. The boots are very durable.I have walked in quite thick mud and they have fared very well, and have been waterproof in the rain and snow.I also have a bad knee, and these are one of the few boots that don't give me any pain when going on long walks. They have a nice bounce to them, and feel like you're walking in cushioned clouds. The brown is a nice colour too. They look more expensive than they are, great quality.I would definitely recommend these boots and would buy again.A definite favourite!
