Mace and Lyla’s story has been building throughout this series. We’ve got little glimpses here and there of what is going on and how they are handling both their time together and apart. Having this be the last book in the series was torturous but, also perfect. The anticipation was off the charts.Mace and Lyla’s story isn’t an easy one. Both of them were faced with a plethora of challenges that would have brought even the strongest of people low. Mace took a beating and it showed. He didn’t handle it well and through the last several books we watched him spiral further and further down. In Consume he finally hit rock bottom and with some tough love from Lyla seemed to be finding his way back. However his struggles were still there, a constant weight trying to pull him back down. Watching him struggle to become the man he should have always been, the man Lyla deserved was nothing short of amazing.Lyla has often been one of my favorite parts of the previous books, she is one of the strongest characters I’ve ever read. It’s been evident since the beginning of the series that she’s strong, wise, kind, and will always fight for friends and family. She endured more than most and somehow still ended up on top. She never let anything best her. She was beautiful inside and out.There were several moments in this book that completely broke me down emotionally. They gave me that gut clenching, heart racing, nervous feeling you only get when an author has written something so moving you know you’ll never forget it. After reading each of those moments I was left with the feeling of complete serenity. They were exactly what I needed to make the pain of Mace and Lyla’s story worth it.This book is beautifully written and was the perfect way to end what has been an exceptional series.

Wow! To say that this was an epic series finale does not begin to cover it!!! I thought I loved all the other rockers’ stories, but let me tell you, Mace and Lyla just stole my heart!!! OMG!!!! It was such a perfect ending to it all. We find out so much about these two characters! There was so much mystery in the previous books about what was going on with Mason and Lyla. And we finally get to witness it all. And can I just say how much it broke my heart?! It goes back all the way to when they first met, then fell in love, why it didn’t work out at the time and so much drama in between until we finally get to the present that we all know!!!We also get to witness the special bond that Lyla had with her brother, Will, as well as Will’s special bond with the guys from the band, especially with Mason. We already know from book 1 that Will dies. But now we get to witness it. And I seriously wanted to cry. I knew he was going to die, but I didn’t want him to. I wanted him to survive and show up at the end like a soap opera miracle type of thing. Well, that didn’t happen. It made me sad. But I loved every word where he was involved, loved his personality, loved how hard he loved his sister. I am so sad to see this series go!! I am not ready for it!!I’d say that this could be read as a stand-alone. But you’ll regret it if you do. Go back to book 1, Garrett and Gwen’s story, and enjoy the crazy ride that is Civil Corruption ❤️P.S. We also got introduce to Stone Hendricks, Will’s other friend and business partner of sorts. I want Stone’s story. Can he please end up with Ava, Lyla’s best friend? Please?!

I have been waiting for Mace and Lyla's story since the first book. I adore Mace even with all his issues and Lyla is his perfect match. Their story was as emotional and heartbreaking as I expected it to be. I hated everything that they went through and it tore me apart that Mace didn't realize that Will approved. I Ioved Will even though we lost him too soon. This story like all the others made me laugh and cry and root for the couple of the book. I also loved the epilogue, getting to see a little of all the couples and their lives was a highlight for me! I adored every book in the Civil Corruption series and I am so sad that it is over.

I loved mace and lyla. They’ve been through the ringer, and finally after pulling there head out there butt and realized they were meant to be and happy, trouble has to happen. I was wondering if the horrible ex was behind the stuff missing. Should have known it wouldn’t be the last of him. So glad lyla got to kick his butt and give him a piece of medicine he deserved. This book had so many happy moments then sad and ruff times. I loved it. The boys of civil corruption are so great, this series will be read many times from here on out. I’m so excited to see the next new series that are coming out.

I'm so going to miss these Rockers! I Love this series! RAVAGE is emotional passionate and a beautiful love story. Lots of drama, sexiness and laughs! A must read series!
