This stuff is so amazing. Surprised to find a topical pain reliever that doesn't leave any horrible stains, or stink all day long. I purchased this small 4 oz tube to see if I would actually like the product prior to investing in a larger size. I have a sports injury to my left shoulder and shoulder blade that acts up time to time. Like any sane person, I prefer natural and topical pain/muscle relaxers to what doctors prescribe. After all, a person can't pop Vicodin, Percocet, etc. without damaging their organs eventually. Arthritis in my spine, subluxation in my neck, pushed out my shoulder blade and tore my rotator cuff. On a scale of 1-10, I was at a 42 and starting a new job that requires me to actually move stuff. Found this product and was finally able to move within a tolerable pain threshold.Within 2 weeks and application of this product about every 4 hours I’ve healed really well and my pain levels are definitely down below 10. I have also been resting & icing whenever possible.After trying out 5 other products as well as the professional version of this one, I rate this the very best. I honestly could not have made it through without it. I’m in total love.

Okay, first, let me say I LOVE BIOFREEZE. I would literally tattoo the logo on me if they'd send me free biofreeze. I use it at least twice a week and it works wonders on my tension headaches and migraines (slather up your neck, shoulders, into the hairline at the nape of your neck, and a tiny dab or whatever residue is left on your fingers at your hairline up top).That being said... apparently the clear kind does not work as well. I guess the green dye is what makes it magic.I can make a 4oz tube last for 6+months (of the green). I used a quarter or more of the tube just between last night and this morning and had to apply and reapply at least 4 times.Get the green kind.

This cream is very strong. They used it at the physical therapy department my husband went to after back surgery. He liked it so much that I ordered him some. We tried the spray version because I thought it would be more convenient but it was too much of a cold shock to his back and system. This is the best cream out there .

I've heard about this for quite some time and could no longer find it in stores. I have painful arthritis and have used tubes of aspercream and different menthol rubs, but this ointment seems to give relief much quicker. The menthol smell doesn't linger long and a little goes a long way.

I had been given packets of this product years ago when I was in Physical Therapy after a car accident. I was so happy that I found it again in this size and for this great cost. Works well for my "aches and pains"!

The one star is for the lack of proper product description and lack of pictures. I always buy the green gel BioFreeze, it's amazing on my feet after a long night of dancing. When buying this tube I thought the only difference is the lab of color. But was I wrong! The green gel is 5% menthol and the warming effect can't be felt even the next day after a shower. But this version is only 4 % menthol. Had this information been provided to me before I would have searched for the green gel.

Great product. Relief overnight. Only negative if you can call it that is you need to wash your hands thoroughly after applying. It was recommended to me by a licensed massage therapist. It definitely works! My son and father in law are both now using it. This product is worth purchasing. Amazon has a better price than anywhere else that I have seen it sold.
