My Pillow Classic Series [Std/Queen, Extra Firm Fill] Now Available in 4 Loft Levels

My friends suggested that I try this pillow. I’m a bit of a pillow “snob”, so I was reluctant to try it. I received my pillow yesterday, popped it in the dryer for 15 minutes (per instructions), and put it on my bed. I slept great! I just had neck surgery in November 2019, and my surgeon suggested that I sleep on my back (instead of side or stomach-sleeping). I was not able to do so until I tried this pillow. I had enough support and slept very well the first night of trying it! I was surprised that such a simple looking and lumpy pillow could match the incredible reviews that I had heard. After taking the newly plumped pillow from the dryer, I had more hope. After going to bed, I don’t think I moved for hours, as I fell asleep so comfortably. I will not be returning to the specialty store to purchase any more of their more expensive pillows. I have found my “forever” brand in this one. Thank you, and Happy New Year!

I received one of these for Christmas. At first, I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. Some nights I felt like I slept better but the pillow felt uncomfortable to me. It felt like it was too firm. After a week and half I noticed that I was getting close to a good 6-8 hours of sleep. I have been struggling with sleep for 9 years. I am now on week 3 and I definitely get at least 4 nights a week where I am sleeping through the night. The firmness that I felt at the beginning, I now do not notice. I liked it so much that I purchased one for my husband. He just received his the other day and he has been sleeping better since.

So far, just a week, as I had hoped with both comfort and support. I use 2 pillows. I use a MyPillow on top of the hotel CozyDream. Neck pain, headaches gone.

I am extremely familiar with the product and this is my first time ordering it from Amazon. When you order from the manufacturer it comes in a box with a lot of clear concise written instructions. My package today was in a plastic bag and the instructions were on the bag apparently where I ripped it open at. I had to go into a drawer and find the actual instructions from the manufacturer that I had from a previous purchase. I think there are so many bad reviews on here because people are excited to get it and ripping the plastic packaging off not realizing they are ripping apart the instructions. This pillow needs to be put in your dryer on high heat for 15 minutes before you use it the first time. If you do this you will have an amazing pillow that you will love forever! I called my pillow to give them a suggestion and the representative I talked to was very condescending toward me and explain that the instructions are on the packaging. I totally regret my call to the company but I will standby this product 100% I have been using this product for the last four years and cannot live without it! It is important that you determine which fill size is appropriate for you. We were always a green and went out of town forgot our pillows and woke up in pain and went to the local Walmart and all we could find was the white fill. It will do in a pinch but it is not appropriate for us. I did not realize there are two care instruction tags on the pillow the smaller tag will indicate by the color of the print what size fill you have. I have recently had a pinched nerve issue and decided I needed to get the blue Fill and that is why I ordered another pillow

I received a refund for this product because of many reasons but first, because the product was not worth the money. When I receive the delivery, The pillow was tightly wrapped inside the box but barely fit into the box. When I opened the box, luckily I did not press too hard with the box opener, otherwise the pillow would have torn. Unwrapped the pillow and there were no directions on what to do with it. My first reaction was that it was junk. I only learned about directions when I went to the website and then was told to place into the dryer to expand. I followed the directions and the pillow did not expand. It was basically a bag of useless chunks of foam. I DO NOT recommend you waste the money or time on this unless you truly like to waste your money on a product that doesn't work. Do your research on this company and you will find a lot of complaints about the product.

I ordered the extra firm blue level and the pillow feels like a lite pillow. I am use to really old firm pillows and this one doesn't fit the need for me. However, it does surprisingly sleep well. I give it a 3 overall because of the fact I can sleep with it. However, it is not firm, it is in fact soft or lite. Maybe I don't understand what they mean by firm which means I am far from finding what I need. I will move back to the featured pillows. When you think about it, how can you get foam to be firm. You can stuff it as much as you like, it's still foam.

This pillow is one of a kind and I love it. I've had pillows that cost three times as much and were not comfortable. The service was also excellent

Pillows came quickly as usual from Amazon.ca. Only 4 stars because iof the following:There was no pre-use instructions in the package and these are vital!!! , but since I had researched them before ordering I knew what to do. YOU MUST put the pillows in a dryer for 10-15 minutes with a damp rag to activate a chemical process that takes the lumpiness out of the contents and and firms them up.My my daughter ,who also got them, was not aware of this process until I informed her, and had been using them in their lumpy soft stateThese instructions should be easy to find in the package! This must be corrected by the manufacturer, MYPillow.

I still got neckaches after using it.Too soft even though I got the Most Firm

found it didn't necessarily "stay cool"but it is a great pillow and no more sore neck in the morning

EXCELLENT! I have back and neck issues from a car accident years ago and used an onus form pillow. It was not working. I needed something else. My husband saw the commercial on the telly and suggested I try it. After reading the ratings/comments, I ordered the ‘very firm’ ( I weigh 155 lbs) and this pillow IS UNBELIEVABLE! I was skeptical when it arrived, rolled up so thin & small; but ordering this pillow was the best purchase I ever made. I need to take pressure off thru the day (head feels like a massive weight on shoulders and back). U will not be disappointed.
