Q: What keeps this up? Is it just friction? Can I expect it to open up when bouncing down the road in my camper?

Definitely use the screws to keep this item in place under the cabinet. I bought 7 of them for my camper van and sometimes a couple pop open when I'm going over a rough road. The magnets that hold them close are sturdy enough to hold on normal driving, but too much jarring might cause them to open. So far stuff stays in place when they open.

Q: How anything is different from everything

Size. The Everything Keeper will hold a full sheet or stack of 8.5 x 11" paper. The Anything Keeper is a bit shorter, from left to right. They both have the same depth and height. Hope this helps.

Q: Can this be top mounted? The pic shows screw holes on the side, but the box shows screw holes on the top of the brackets.

Absolutely. The screw holes are in the top. The holes you see in the side are for a different application that we use the same brackets for. Hope that helps.

Q: is theres these in bigger sizes?

I have never seen them in different sizes. But that would be nice. Smaller and larger.
