This was my first experience with probiotics. I have been using this product for one month. This produce was originally recommended by my brother’s gastroenterologist due to his severe IBS and this product specifically due to the high content of probiotic. Also, that it was made in an FDA approved laboratory. So, I thought, let me try this. I find it interesting that just the other night while out with friends, i took a group shot with my lovely girlfriends. One of my friends commented that I looked “good” in the photo. I looked at the photo and was truly surprised that I agreed. My overall “look” was less tired. My facial skin look “tighter, and, I actually “looked” healthier. I know this may read as one of those “amazing commercials”, but I was truly surprised to see such a change in my face in a recent photo. I am not a person who spends much time in front of a mirror-little, if any, make up, and wear my clothes until people begs me to throw them away. Lol. Do I feel better? Well, I Do not experience stomach problems, and am generally healthy. And, yet, when I concentrate on my body and how I feel, I have to say I feel calmer “inside”. Not sure that makes sense but it’s the only way I can describe the feeling. The “proof” was in that picture of a myself that actually showed a difference in the person who leaves the house in the am and never ever looks in a mirror again until she brushes her teeth before bedtime. I have ordered these probiotics to arrive at my house monthly. My brother has also been using this produce for a short time as well and who experiences severe IBS has found that his attacks are occurring slightly less and sllghly improved. Is it a cure all-I think not but every little changes helps someone who has lived his life in extreme pain. If it has helped so early, who knows!

Great product been taking for 4 years

We chose this product for the great variety of cells and because it's not only vegan but also gluten free. We'll keep buying this brand because it absolutely helps lessen bloating and has improved general bowel function. There's no flavor and they're easy to swallow. I also love that they don't require refrigeration, so I can put them in my pill planner. Great product.

This is a great product for anyone who wants to culture foods with a vegan starter. On bottle will last for a long time if you save a little of your cultured product and use it to start your next batch. It is loaded with live organisms. I like to use Navitas Naturals Freeze dried coconut water.

Excellent product. I first read about it in a nutrition newsletter. The author was advertising his brand, but this one is kosher. This product should be a part of everyone's diet considering the junk that goes into processed food. It will clean out your gut and prevent obesity and diabetes. '

I like this product. When I order it! I got way ahead on my supply when my wife stopped taking. I tried to stop even to the point of canceling the item and they kept on coming even though the item was no longer on my list of stuff ordered. I returned the last on and I had to pay the shipping cost! What? Unless you plan on taking this forever do not get it.

I was looking for a probiotic that did not contain any dairy products. I have microscopic colitis with exquisit dairy allergy. A trace of dairy product gives me severe abdominal cramps. With no dairy intake I have no source of natural intestinal organisms. I was glad to find a product which I can tolerate and which can restore normal intestinal flora.
