Question to Seller or Manufacturer: Do you collect olives from trees during night using vacuum machines?

Hi MAslen and thank you for this very important question. November Olive Oil does NOT use vacuum machines for the collection of olives and there many reasons for that. Please note the November EVOO follows only eco-friendly, 100% organic and traditional growing and olive production practices. The use of vacuum machines kills the birds that spend the night in our the olive trees. Other than our love for nature and those birds, there is another important reason that we want them safe in our Olive Groves...The higher the population of these birds the lower the population of Olive flies that attack the olive fruits every year. And since November is 100% Organic, without the use of pesticide it is important to have those birds as an ally against the olive fly attacks. Unlike November Olive Oil practices, it is true that plenty of large olive oil manufacturers use vacuum machines, both because there do not have an eco-friendly culture but also because they don't need those birds to protect them from Olive flies, since they use pesticides in their production process. When will the oil from the 2020 Harvest be available to purchase ?

Hi and thank you for your interest in November Olive Oil. November Olive Oil's family only harvests at the earlier stage (October /November) to achieve a higher polyphenol and health benefits content compared to later harvests. As we are in October 2020, November team is currently in the process of harvesting the 2020 harvest in November family Olive Groves, but the new harvests will be lab-examined (to ensure the high phenol content and high quality), bottled and offered to the market in around 2 months’ time (maybe slightly earlier but it depends on the weather conditions that affect the harvesting process). Hello, the oil selled by amazon is the 2022 harvest?

I bought mine in June I think so presumably not the 2022 harvest
