Honestly, I was a little skeptical about these capsules having much effect, but after having taken them for a couple of weeks now, I can definitely tell a difference in my joints. I get up and down more easily and with little to no pain. I’m in my 70’s, have had both knees replaced and want to stay mobile. Oh, they are also easy to swallow, and who doesn’t want that?

I used this to heal my gout in my big toe. It worked great. Now I take 2 capsules a day to help with acid reflux. Great product!

Really does help prevent my gout flares, one pill, twice a day.

Stronger and cheaper than other brands. I take these along with celery seed to help regulate uric acid.

Works well for me, as advertised. No weird after taste. I take these at night. They do seem to help me sleep better.

I've taken tart cherry and capsule before, but at a much lower dosage. This one is giving me severe heartburn that even relates can't help lol.So if you have a history of Gerd or heartburn or anything like that, I would seek a lower dosage. The dosage that didn't affect me was 1500idh.
