made in USA shipped outside the USA in my opinion is a more accurate response

Q: Will this fit INSIDE the ear canal to trim the hairs?

Yes but it helps to have someone else trim your ear hair. Nose hair can be done solo w/o any problem. I found it hard to get the correct angle to trim ear hair by myself. My wife was able to get the correct angle easily.

Q: Does this work for trimming earlobes and around the ears?

It does. It works very well for trimming in ears... I do use it on the outside of the ears, and it works, but not as well as tweezers.
