Q: Are there modifications or options to build a Jeep Wrangler with this kit?

in the kit itself no, but this is Lego you could build you own. The top yellow body is kinda of a shell that is removable to access the battery pack and motors. Similar to a real RC truck / car.

Hi, This kit comes with three kit specific motors. They get activated by a Bluetooth/ App controlled receiver. Very good set. Kids love it and always go back to it. T

Q: Is this set truly 4 x 4 with power going to all four wheels?

Yes it does drive all four wheels! Keep in mind that it’s a Lego powered vehicle so don’t expect it to have a great deal of power, but my 5 year old grandson loves it and assembled it by himself! He enjoys driving it over simple obstacles.
