Does what it says it will
You can connect a separate LED to each phase and they all light briefly, when you flip the shaft round with your fingers. Good little demo aid.

Very good product for small projects. Good power output.

Nice model generator
An nice educational toy. Worked well with my Mamod steam engine to generate electricity to light LEDs. Worked even spinning the shaft with fingers. Nice that it takes the part easily so you can see the generating mechanism.
