This flatware set is lovely. I bought service for 16 to accent my new 16 service Fiestaware Dishes in mixed bright colors. The details on the flatware provide a beautiful contrast to the simplicity of the dishes. 18/0 lends a softer patina to the finish, and they still have a nice weight to them. All arrived in perfect condition. Simple steps: rinse food off well, don’t overcrowd in dishwasher silverware caddy, remove them (dry if needed) when the wash is complete, and they should look like new for years.

Perfect for us. Great quality and love the SouthWest design. Saw them in a high end catalog years ago when I opted for another SouthWest design that was silver plated. Beautiful but what a hassle polishing the tarnish all the time. When I saw these on Amazon for well over $100 less than in the other catalog, I thought they must be lightweight and cheaply made but opted to try them anyway. No worries!! We love them and it looks like we will enjoy them for a long time!

Thin and light weight. The points on the forks are rounded and not sharp. The design pattern appears to be roll pressed into the metal and not cast solid.I returned this item.
