Q: What is the flow of these bottles comparable to? Level 3?

It's pretty open. They flow like a sippy cup

Q: Some reviews say these work with the traditional bottles and some say only with the new "options" bottles. Can someone clarify?

If you are using the old bottles with the blue vents and the old lids, you will need to use the vent because it’ll leak, but it you are using the options bottles (with the smooth lids) you don’t need to use a vent. The older bottles are designed to be used with vents regardless of what nipple you use. Some pictures that I’ve seen to why it “doesn’t work” seems to be the case.

Q: Do these fit other standard bottles?

It fits Pigeon's. Since Pigeon and Medela standard bottles are interchangeable, I'd assume it fits Medela's too.

Q: Are these nipples being used when baby is still drinking breast milk/formula?
