This just slips into your shoe under the insole at the heel. It works very well and while I use it as it comes from the vendor, some may need less lift than I do. Just peel-off one or two layers of support to et less lift. A very good low-tech product.

I liked that putting the lift in my left shoe helped me get rid of a lot of pain in my left leg that I had been experiencing for awhile. It took a few weeks to work, but I stuck it out. Now, I don’t need a cane at work like I had been doing for awhile before that.

There is only 1 lift...not a pair. What good is one?!
