Love this book
Bought this to help my granddaughter . She didn’t want my help so I used it myself and had great fun working them out.Easy to understand and has the answers in the back. No working out examples though so hit just a few wrong and I’m not sure where I went wrong but I averaged 8/10 so pretty good for a 72 yr old.

Excellent
To understand maths you need to get the basics down first. This book deals solely with orders of operation. It's surprising how many adults don't understand this basic concept. The book begins with some easy equations and slowly, through a lot of repetition, gets more complex. As an adult I found it an interesting refresher course and would have benefitted from doing it when I was a child. If I had to condemn it, it's a bit repetitive. Convincing a youngster to sit down for ten to fifteen minutes everyday to do them can be quite tiresome.

a dot instant of a multiplication sign is not taught in UK school
So confusing, ie 5+5.6 now what would you think the dot is for.....is it 5 point 6 no, it is multiply. This appalling book is going back. It should never be sold in the UK Amazon.
