Q: Can I use with regular polish nails?

There's better primers for regular polishes. This one is for gels

Q: Is this primer or is that a separate product that I will need also to use for polygel?

(For anyone wondering) This is just the dehydrator. You start with a (any) dehydrator, followed by a (any) primer (aka bonder.) After those two, it's business as usual: You apply your base coat, and follow the steps you regularly do. These two primary steps make a huge difference. I saw further down that this company has the accompanying primer (green bottle) but I haven't tried it so idk. But yeah, this is just the dehydrator. Good luck.

Apply cuticle oil daily to your nails and cuticles. However I use Jose Maran Aragon Oil and it seems to work fine.
