We ordered these to go under a large, heavy houseplant. The 12" saucer is a bit larger than anticipated, but it's attractive and appears to be durable and will catch drips when we water the plant, which was our goal. It is much more durable plastic than a cheap plastic plant saucer we previously owned. Because the website lacks detailed dimensions -- which would have been helpful when we ordered -- we provide these dimensions for the 12-inch saucer (even though Amazon applied this review to the 11-inch saucer we ordered later): 12-inch saucer: Inner diameter at the base (where the pot will sit): 11 inches. Inner diameter at the top rim: 11.75 inches. Outer diameter at the top rim: 12.5 inches. Outer diameter at the base, where the edge flares out a bit: 13.375 inches. Later, we ordered the 11-inch saucer. Actual dimensions: Inner diameter at base: 9.5 inches, which is perfect for our use; outer diameter at the base, where it flares out a bit: 11.75 inches. Inner diameter at top rim: 10.25 inches; outer diameter at top rim: 11 inches.

I'm so disappointed! First time I feel duped on Amazon! I thought this was a clay plant saucer, its just a plastic saucer. And trying to return, wants me to pay over $4 to return via usps. Well, you win some and lose some.

Using for attractive birdbath top rather than breakable clay. The 18” is just right. Wish it were a little heavier as needed plywood beneath for support and a large rock in center to hold it down in case of wind. It’s a bit shallow but birds don’t mind. Very satisfied so far. Bought two.

Works great for my felt potato pots to keep it from drying out so quickly this plant saucer allows a reservoir.I'm also an earthbox grower. These these saucers have the look and feel of the durability of the Earth boxes. If so they will last a lifetime. I know of some Earth boxes that have are still going through strong after three decades!Also it's great to know that they are made in the USA!

The media could not be loaded. I used this saucer to create a water feature for the wildlife in my neighborhood. I added a solar fountain pump to attract the critters. It gets a lot of activity including birds of all types and wild rabbits. The saucer is sturdy but lightweight. Perfect for my use!

This is my winter birdbath which I keep heated. Not as deep as the larger size of this same item, but that's okay 'cause the birds take less baths in the winter.
