Will these forks work with el charo flat skewers?

These work with a 4 sided skewer, i don't think they will work with a flat skewer.

How long are the spike forks?

The longer spike is 4'', the shorter spike is 3''

Are the set screws included? They are not pictured.

The screws that secure the forks to the bar are at the top of each bar in the picture. That is the best I can do. Has always worked for me.
