Yes. Porcelain Ivory is a lot lighter and very pink. Classic Ivory is deeper and neutral to yellow toned.

Q: Ordered with cosmetic brush to help with application but do not like the crumbliness of the foundation. Is it supposed to be like this?

Oh, dear, I can't imagine applying this creamy foundation with a brush! Using my fingers, a small?//tiny? amount spreads over my skin nicely. Perfect, long-lasting, coverage. This is my favorite make-up!

Q: is this for dry skin?

I have oily skin but considering the texture of the makeup I would say it would work well with dry skin too.
