I was sent the womens multivitamin instead of the mens. I was able to obtain the mens multi from Dr.sinatra.These vitamins are good quality as per Labdoor.My dislikes:1. you have to take 3 of them per day.2. makes my urine bright yellow- I read somewhere it could be the b-vitamins... or I could be urinating out alot of the nutrients.

I've jumped from so many vitamins... I'm done with labdoor, they're not reliable with Multivitamins, or much really. They're there to help you get a mental image of what to avoid, but not get whats actually goodAnyway... these ones are the real deal, they're cheap compared to most of the Top brands with all their gimmicks... they have a sweet taste which makes it easier to swallow (most of capsule vitamins I've had have a horrible bland taste) and I definitely feel an improvement, mostly in sleep.

Same as the first time purchased, consistency.
