Pro's: Sturdy, lightweight, easy to hold, rechargeable. Con's: Quick battery drain with continuous "ON" use. Randomly, after engaging the power button, the LED would either flicker off or just turn off.

It's a sturdy little thing! Nice and bright. As you can see! Perfect for spotting those pesky little aliens always sneaking in to steal you socks and such. Oh, you didn't know that! Where on earth did you think the socks go? Not on earth is the answer. One good dose and it leaves the little guys glowing like christmas lights, or seasonal lights if you want to get all PC about it. I think it blinds them too, poor little things wandering into garbage disposal, I can hardly stand their cries at I flip it on and off. But I got all my socks.

I find that this item has a very limited use for the purposes that it is described to make "apparent" by shining the light on. I did not find that it illuminated areas clearly that I knew had some fluids that it claimed to show. It is easy to use and will show some limited illumination of certain fluids, but not to the level that I expected.
