60% fat and delicious
I bought this product because of its high animal fat content. It's delicious. It tastes very similar to feta cheese. This cheese is shaped into 3 (and a bit) rounds and is packaged with a salty brine in an easy to open and smart tin. I tipped all the contents into a tupperware and refrigerated. It's taken me nearly 6 weeks to eat and the product is still in excellent condition. It arrived much quicker than the stated delivery date.
