Fantastic & Easy Paella Pan
Perfect Paella in this pan! Followed the recipe for the chicken paella almost exactly and added some andouille sausage. OLE! Easy clean up too. Fits perfectly over one burner, and serves 4 easily. Next, I used it to poach a large salmon fillet and had fantastic results again. This is a worthy & essential pan.
