It is so nice to finally find a product that really does do what it says.I have 3 cats which create many hairs, with this Hoover it's picked up in seconds with either the hand Hoover or with the extension pole, it is so light and great on wood floors and carpets.I am really impressed by performance, quality and at such a good price it's a fab product.Well done.I would and have already recommended your product.Thank you for making my life easier.

Great for quickly picking up bits from the floor. Not to heavy,holds charge,easy to empty. Struggles to clean a large carpeted floor with extension tube and beater head meaning you have to run it over bits several times.Handy on stairs.

Typical cheap Chinesium, more fool me for buying it. It was alright for sucking up loose dirt and crumbs off a laminate floor. Beyond that, you're better picking debris up by hand.Generally speaking, it can suck like someone who smokes 40 a day and all the attachments, plus the clip that holds them, all broke within a few months. The battery started to struggle to hold a charge after around 6 months, and 9 months on, the base of the unit has now broken so it doesn't seal. Whatever you are able to suck up just ends up back on the floor And the contact details on the unit that offer customer support and spares? Dead email and a non recognised number.A dustpan and brush would have been quicker, cheaper and still be working now. Threw it in the bin, absolute garbage.

The hoover is very simple to use and has great manoeuvrability. Unfortunately the suction has worsened after a few months’ use. The collection area regularly blocks and it is difficult to dismantle near the hoover head.

We bought this to replace having to get our heavy old vacuum out every day to clean up as we have dogs. Surprisingly light and with enough battery life and suction to do the whole house, it's brilliant.

I bought this as an everyday easy to use hoover after I sustained a back injury and couldn't use the Henry. I still need to get my boyfriend to run the Henry round once a week but this does the job for crumbs by the sofa, stray cat fluff, etc in between. Would not work as a main hoover.
