Very nice weight. What's so special about a calibration weight? They are built to high accuracy. Basically cast then drilled out in the bottom and brought up to speck by adding grams of weight in that whole until they reach the accurate weight. Handy to have if you are doubting your kitchen scale. This one is nice and helped me implement the calibration mode on my scale.Other than that a great item to use as a weight to hold down items while working sous vide tanks.
