Q: Is this product just compressed spirulina and chlorella powder? Or is it amino acid extractions and more concentrated then just the compressed powder?

I have this same question. Looking through responses to other questions I saw Triquetra respond to a question about what the difference is between this and their straight up spirulina tablets, and they said this: "This is specifically balanced with Chlorella which contains a balanced Amino Acid profile that compliments Spirulina. And also the Spirulina used in Plant Amino has a slightly higher protein/amino acid profile, whereas our Spirulina tablets has slightly higher micronutrient levels." Which leads me to believe these tablets are made up of spirulina and chlorella which amount to this amino acid profile, but not by means of extraction or concentration. Supposing this is true, there are certainly other benefits of spirulina and chlorella than just the amino acid profile, and if we can get high-quality and well-absorbed amino acids this way - game on. Better than something synthetic or lab derived from conventionally sourced ingredients. I'll be making my first order.

Q: Are steps taken to ensure product is insect free in the manufacturing process?

I received the product sealed and in closed packaging. I don’t know the process included a process to ensure it was insect free, it does seem to work well for me as a supplement..

Hi, Our Spirulina and Chlorella is grown in the southern part of India in a highly controlled atmosphere far away from the city. The farm we work with is Parry Nutraceuticals, whom produces the purest and highest quality Spirulina and Chlorella in the world. We specifically are provided crops with the highest protein and amino acid levels. Then packaged in the US, where it also undergoes additional testing.

Q: Is this product 3rd-party tested? If so, where? I’d like to view the report. Statements claiming the crops/water are also tested, where are reports??
