At 1st try didn’t seem to help lower back pain on a long flight I have now tried a patch on my knee 2 nights in a row & I am feeling the heat & relieve w my knee pain the patch does give off a menthol smell

When they say it sticks.. they mean it. Dont leave the patch on over the 8hours or it'll be painful getting it off. That being said. They actually took sciatica pain away for a full 8 hours on my mom. Will definitely buy again
