We recently added the MaryRuth’s zinc to our daily routine, and it’s been a great addition. Just like the rest of their products, it’s gentle, easy to take, and tastes great—which is so important when giving supplements to kids.I’ve noticed my children staying healthier during the season, and I love knowing I’m supporting their immune system with something clean and trustworthy. MaryRuth continues to impress us with every product!

I give my kids this whenever it seems like they are starting to get a cold or if they were exposed to someone who is sick. I am convinced it helps prevent the cold from getting worse or from getting sick all together. I usually only do half the recommended dose. Definitely something you need in the winter months.

I haven’t used it yet because I didn’t realize there was a “kids” and “toddler” one and both my girls are under 2, but I assumed kids meant over 6 months, but apparently it’s 4 years old and Amazon wouldn’t exchange it. :/
