Causes constipation because of the amount iron and calcium
This has a very high calcium and iron hence causes constipation. One tablet was enough to cause problems. Apart from drinking a lot of water, doing my regular exercises I had chia seeds and aye oats but still it’s problematic. You are buying a problem without refund.
