Q: I have a nvr system that runs 16 bnc cameras that get power from the bnc wire, will this work to get then to cat cable? and still have power?

If the nvr has bnc inputs then you fine, this device allow you to use cat 5 cable instead of BNC and creates a cleaner look

Q: Will this work with existing video baluns already installed, i want to clean up back of dvr

I need to connect bnc to nvr would this work?

Would i have to ditch my current dvr and get an nvr to use this device? i plan on putting the footage on my synology nas! i have bnc cameras.

very good product

we have this items for 4 years working 24X7 and they still working, they are passive so no need for power, they small and they fin any place or rack mount 2U, we can not complain, just we wish they have 4 and 8 ports because we bought from another brand the 4 ports and one of the items came bad and we have to used 4 single balunswe recommend this 16 ports balun no matter you will use 5 ports only

Good Product

Good product and works well to convert cat5 wiring to coax with the BNC connections. Had on port bad out of the box.
