It is derived from coconuts but has no flavor.

Q: What is the percentage of mct 8?

Read the label carefully as it identifies C8(caprylic acid) is only 70% !! the remaining MCT's are C10 equivalent to 30%--> this yields sub optimal use/efficacy particularly for athletes/fitness enthusiasts. Might be OK for everyone else.

Q: Does the powder contain silicon dioxide or fiber additive?

No it only is 100% non GMO made from coconuts. No taste as I use it in my first morning cup of coffee. Been using it for months and love it.
