I have purchased 8 of these units for order management in a wood-working / manufacturing facility. Because these handhelds operate just as an android/iOS device, it has been easy to train employees on how to use. Works just like their cell phone :)These are only used intermittently during a shift, and not on at all times, so we are able to run 2 shifts (20 hours) on one charge. Very happy with battery life so far!The durability of this device seems great, it's easy to clean and has a solid exterior. It comes with a screen protector for added protection from dirt and drops.Highly recommend this product, will be ordering more as we increase the digital presence in current operations.NOW for the best part - their customer service is out of this world, specifically, Victor Wong. If you need anything, help with the device, direction on ordering additional parts, whatever you need; their support team has you covered! He was timely in answering my questions, all of them, I was quite needy :)

The product works well, If you ever forget your passcode you will be unable to reset the device as there is only one volume button. This is a niche problem but it will make the device completely unusable if you forget the pattern or similar issue. Contacting support can take a few days but is helpful once replied

I gave this five stars because it’s a quality product and functions flawlessly (so far). It definitely deserves a fair review of the product itself. If I was to give it four stars, it would be due to no cases available for it. I have clumsy workers who love to drop things and a case would definitely help keep from damage. It is a plus that you get a screen protector though. But it does nothing to protect the scanner glass, which is the very feature anyone orders these things for.Bottom line, I ordered a second one for one of my other routes because the first one I ordered is so good, and will be ordering a third for another route I have.

These work fantastic for Event Admission. We uses them to scan different 2d types and QR codes. No issues, these are fast and seem to hold up well to our rough ladies.They last a fair time with charge, and easily fit into the hands of the users. Being android based they were easy to setup and use, and have proven to be a better device than comparable Zebra or Symbol scanner units.Thank you!

The handheld scanner is phenomenal. It is very easy to setup and use. It is built for durability. It scans quickly and efficiently every time. I would recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a fast and reliable warehouse scanner

As a scanner, the product works better than i expected. I could not find any documentation on the scanner settings but most of them are intuitive. there are just a few settings i don’t understand. Like there is a setting for broadcast. i know it broadcast the data. but what does it broadcast to? What equipment is compatible with the broadcast signal to receive the data? The description also says it supports NCF…. I can see NCF settings to enable/disable NCF and i can see you can use it for contact-less payments. But I can’t tell by the description or scanner settings if it can also read NCF tags. I don’t need to read NCF but thought that is a nice to have feature and was the decision making point for when looking at other similar devices. if it does have support for reading NCF tags i can’t find how to use ut.I also could not find a vendor or manufacturer website to see if they had a manual for the scanner portion. other than that the device works well and suites my needs. As a side note, outside the scanner portion, is an full android phone… so it is plus on that. 😁

We have been using this in our warehouse for a little over a year. We scan hundreds of labels a day and have never had a problem with the scanner so far. I've had several zebra scanners that have died and this one remains standing. I would suggest trying to get an additional battery if you have a high volume of scanning to do but other than that, this works very well for what we need.
