Voltage regulation on output is PERFECT, even when input fluctuates +- 10 vac
Weighs a ton. works great but one of the 4 that I ordered came in damaged and unusable. The Seller refused to replace or repair. AMAZON refunded all back to me. If it breaks, so sorry! haven't found anywhere with spare parts. Made in China. Case metal bent on all units in shipping because the heavy TRANSFORMER inside severely bent the base plate on all units. Took significant work to straighten it out. Internal wiring is very good quality.

Failed after 3 days
The media could not be loaded. First of all, this came with a hard-wired European plug so we had to purchase an adapter for $45 from Stayonline.com (great products). We got everything all connected and it worked great for 3 days then just died. I saw the same complaint from other buyers. It would have been great value for the money, but it didn't last, so we are returning it and not getting a replacement. We ended up purchasing a much more expensive unit for $895 from PowerXchanger which has good tech support, unlike this one.

Happy with the 3 units I purchased. Only 4 stars as they do seem to trip quite frequently and one did not work upon arrival. I had to chase Seller for refund - other Amazon Sellers are better about refunds

Poorly Manufactured!!!!
Product already died only used it for 2 weeks of use. As soon as we plug it in now it trips the breaker. After inspecting the fuse thinking it was blown I see that the fuse housing has broken. Likely the fuse case ground against the case and shorted the unit out. I would not recommend this product poorly manufactured. I would return it if I could, but just passed the minimum return window.

very far from respecting European and surely US standards
Finally, I keep this device.It was faulty: stop / start button with intermittent contact, intermittent display screen, bad regulation calibration.I opened it and put back a missing chemical capacitor! replaced the on / off button, and recalibrated the device.I note that the interior is extremely poorly made with uninsulated sector wires alongside the chassis (indeed, the fragile case back was deformed during transport because of the weight of the transformer). This product is very far from respecting European and surely US standards. But after a solid upgrade, I keep this device which works now.
