I recently graduated from OT school. The tools and case came in great condition. Smooth edges with no chips or damage. Easy to clean. Glides nicely across the skin to provide the therapeutic affect necessary for pain relief and reducing trigger points.

Good quality. But expensive for what it is.

The tools look fine... however the case broke before I even got to the tools. Just took it from the box and it lifts open while it's latched shut. So I won't be able to use this case at all since I travel to do my work.

The set came missing a piece. The case was also dented. I will be returning. I will give an update after seeing how the return goes.Update. The return went very easy and I got money back right away. Updating from 1 star to 4 for great service.
