Q: Is gel fragrance free?

I believe that there is no fragrance. My wife and I use it twice a day.

Q: Do you recommend leaving this on the skin without washing it off?

I definitely recommend leaving it on, and it is described as being meant for this, as it is also skincare. I mostly recommend it because my skin looks so much better with it on! It reduces the dry, crepey look and seems to plump the skin. If it were less expensive, I’d buy it to use daily as a serum.

Q: Can this be used without the device?

I don't see why not. I purchased it to use with the Zipp, not the best conductor for this device.
