I use the loop a lot and unfortunately lose the hinge screw. It’s partially my fault because I should have tightened it when I notice it was becoming loose and the battery didn’t last very long. However, the screw should have held longer.

There are lower indents next to the key. Just put your fingertip in one of those dents and slide the key sideways and it will come out.
