Bought this spiderman notebook with biro pen with integrated spiderman projection light for my 6 year old. He wanted a book to doodle and write in.Brilliant quality paper, hardback, fab subtle spiderman design on each page, with elastic band to secure shut.The pen was great - you press a button on its side and it projects a spidey mask using a little light. This feature went down very well...**HOWEVER** my 6 year old twisted the barrel of the pen (to move the nib into the writing position) rather than twisting the nib itself and 4 button batteries fell out of the pen! Obviously it has to have some way of powering the light, but button batteries are LETHAL if swallowed, which is a risk in young children. With them being so easy to fall out inadvertantly, I have had to remove the batteries as we have a younger child at home. I wouldn't want them to accidently find them. Please bear this in mind if purchasing for younger children/you have young children at home. There should be a clearer warning that it contains unsecured button batteries.
