Prodotto efficace per la pulizia nasale.Acquistato soprattutto per mia figlia che respira a bocca aperta di notte, come anche io.Si mette acqua calda con sale dell' Himalaya e si fa passare la soluzione da una narice all'altra piegando la testa da un lato.Le istruzioni in italiano non ci sono, però anche per chi come me mastica poco l'inglese con un piccolo aiuto di un traduttore online si capisce tutto! Evita l'acquisto continuo di prodotti, i cui imballaggi finiscono nella spazzatura!

I am a yogi but I actually never tried neti pot before.Maybe because when I had blocked sinuses years ago and tried to inhale (without knowing much of how it really works with salt solution) pure tap water to release very blocked sinuses it was highly unpleasant and brought me a headache to remember forever.Anyway, some reviewers were talking about sharp edges so I got my nail file ready but my pot came without sharp edges! I expected it to look much cheaper so it exceeded my expectations in that way too!Also, although plastic, it still has some sturdy feel to it and I like it's lightweight. Maybe I would invest in the future into ceramic one but at the moment I am very happy with this one.The key things - salty tepid water (I used Himalayan pink salt) so the water just runs through without being it absorbed by soft tissues in your nose.Tilt the head in the specific angle not too forward but rather side ways and be relaxed.It feels slightly weird feeling the warm water run out through your other nostril but you can get used to it.I am very proud of myself that I mastered yeh technique at the first try. Just be gentle and let it run very slowly. Give it time.Yes, couple of times after my very first attempt I managed to get some in my mouth but it's practice.I haven't used it for a while but every time I felt I would be getting runny nose (prevention!) I used it and I haven't had blocked nose for a very long time.Love it and I would recommend this specific one to all off my friends.

Selon la photo, j'ai cru que c'était en porcelaine car aucune information sur la matière sur le site !!!Je pourrais avoir en plastique pour de meilleure qualité à 2,50€ sur un autre site!!!!!

I really love it it is easy to use for both of us: my 10 yo kid and myself. it is aprox. 200 ml inside and nozzle is small and not sharp- its really easy to use. I delute 1/2 teespoon of sea salt in warm filted water and cleanse my nose. Its an imazing feeling after that when its clean!! But remember do not use the cheap supermarket salt as most of them contain Sodium Ferrocyanide, or any agents with marked with E. Just use a good sea salt.Thank you for reading!

Considerando il materiale e la non particolare rifinitura nei dettagli il prezzo è sicuramente eccessivo. Ma fa ottimamente il suo servizio. Attenzione però che, rispetto ad altri modelli più costosi questo neti pot è meno capiente, infatti per una buona pulizia il contenuto è sufficiente per una sola narice. Nessun problema comunque basta riempirlo nuovamente e procedere con l'altra narice. La dimensione ridotta del neti pot è invece utilissima per i viaggi.
