I found these a little hard to swallow compared to other supplements. They do have a coating on them, but they just seemed to be an odd shape. One thing I did notice in the pack I purchased was the days on which to take them on the blister pack suggested it was time to order a new pack after the first blister pack, which after looking at all the blister packs the days to follow was kind of irrelevant... some folk might find this confusing and hopefully it was just a one off.

I have recently ordered this, and while I can not tell yet if the product will have the promised effect on my joints (no change after taking it for just a few days), I can definitely tell already that I find it very hard to get one of these down.About each time so far that I swallowed one, it got stuck for some time inside my esophagus. Drinking most of a full glass of water will eventually dislodge it, but that feeling is so unpleasant that I will not try to swallow another.Update: I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars, because this product has actually greatly helped my knee issues. Before I'd have stiff legs after sitting down for some time, and my knees were giving me increasing trouble when walking. After taking 1-2 capsules a day for about two weeks those issues are much improved, I can walk nearly normally again, and even the stiffness after sitting has decreased.If those capsules were easier to swallow I would give 5 stars, but as it is I need to bite down on a capsule to get the contents into my mouth, and the taste (fishoil) isn't great, as to be expected. Still, the positive effect is worth it.

Good price and delivered quickly

So far (only been taking it for a week) these have improved my joint pain a little.My knees were clicking a little and hurting anytime I'd walk. Probably from all the times I bend down to change my 3 year old or any other reason to bend down.Probably an age thing!These have lessened it, but not taken it away entirely, however I did notice the improvement within the very same day, so while it's not worked a full miracle, I am still impressed it's at least improved and decreases the pain.Making it hurt less to do tasks with my kids
