I have oily hair and this stuff is great.

Yes it does help protect it. It makes a world of a difference.

Q: Does it help your hair grow faster?

I am a retired hairdresser, nothing topical will make your hair grow faster. What it will do is protect against split ends which results in fewer trims. To make your hair grow faster you need to eat properly. You can get supplements to make your hair grow faster but keep in mind that will make all of your hair grow faster ie. legs, armpits, etc.

Q: does it make my hair greasy???

No, non-sticky, leaves your hair shiny, use wet or dry, friends have also agreed. It's the best I've found for my naturally curly hair. I put it on my wet hair and if needed later when it dries touch it up.
