I’m new into qua sha lymph massage and ordered a few tools that were not good and then finally ordered this one. It’s a nice quality wood and big enough to do your whole body. I did a full body qua sha massage after watching some videos, but broke it up in two different sessions the first day. I got the flatter smooth wooden piece with the heart shape for my neck and face. It is easy to do with your favorite massage oil and I actually felt refreshed afterwards. I really need this! I’ve been tired, burned out, achy and itchy. My chiropractor recommended it and I’m so happy he did!

Very comfortable to hold in your hand. I have multiple other wood massaging tools and this one is my favorite. Works best paired with a oil. After about 5 minutes of use, you can literally feel the tension being rubbed away as well as improvement of blood circulation.

I just started using this. My spouse uses this on my back with oil. It feels really good and relaxing.I have started using it on my stomach, and I this it has aided in my digestion. It is supposed to break up cellulite, still waiting on this result. It feels that it is made of good quality wood. Would buy again. Could make a good idea for a gift.

The wood brush is hard and firm I use it with cellulite oil for my legs to improve circulation. I'm see results..
