Bought this and it did not work. I swapped it out as the return was very easy. Got the new unit and tested before installing. It worked with the output going HIGH when it senses proximity - LED turns on. However it still did not solve my 3d printer issue.Got a new sensor from the manufacturer and did a bench test - it is active LOW.I am giving high marks for the ease of return, but dropped a star as there is no clear description that this is an active HIGH sensor. It will not work for 3d printers that are expecting active LOW.

Scrap at all, they are not quality proofed, short circuit.
