What’s the shelf-life of this product and can it be frozen? Thinking of portioning it into an ice cube tray… would that work?

It's long dated (to December 2022) and other than stating to refrigerate after opening it doesn't have to be used within a set period. On that basis I don't think there's a need to portion and freeze.
