The doctors say it works.
Two of my doctors have recommended this, so I'm try it. They recommended at least one in the morning and one in the evening, but I had to cut it back to just one a day (they originally recommended 2 twice daily), because they cause me to have severe diarrhea. And even one a day means I have to also take fiber pills.
