Cambro (26CW135) 6" Half-Size Food Pan - Camwear®

I used Cambro pans for years in my mobile food service business. I am no longer in that business but needed a pan to replace one in my DIY campervan kitchen. My kitchen consists of a potting bench that has a removable insert for mixing dirt although I'm using it for storage. Since the original insert is only 3 inches deep, I wanted a pan that was 6 inches to give me more storage space. I was hesitant to order a pan online in case the size wasn't exactly the same and was worried that it might not fit. Since I don't have a kitchen supply house nearby, I thought I could always use the pan in my home if it didn't fit in the camper. I was so excited to see if it fit my camper kitchen and it does. This is the perfect pan for my needs even though it may be a bit unusual.

I used this pan to store my snacks, lid goes on good and tight. Purchase separate.Help me get another set, thank you!?!

I make my own bacon and needed something to store it in in the 'fridge while curing. I had been borrowing a similar pan. This is perfect size for 9-10 lb pork belly cut into thirds (stored in three 1 gal freezer ziplocks). It will likely get used for other purposes, also. As an added bonus, not mentioned on Amazon, the one I got was made in the U.S.

Nice for marinading meat, durable and nice size. Love it.
