Crate Arrived Broken and Cost of Return Not Worth It
I order two of the Clax crates. When they arrived one was fine and the other one was broken. I started the return process, packaged the item up and put the label on it that I had been supplied with. Took it to the post office only to find out this was been sent to Slovakia and would cost me c£19 to send. Given that the item was worth £31.50 less the return postage costs I would get back £12.50. Not too happy with this.
