Q: Does anyone know if this is compatible with a Unifi US-XG-6POE ? It looks the right length but I'm not sure the screw mounts into switch will match.

So long as the mounting holes on your Unifi are between the 14mm-30mm range of the angled slots on the bracket then it should fit. I used the small version of the brackets on my ZyXEL GS-1124A and they fit the switch perfectly, though I did need to elongate the holes that attach it to the rack in order for it to screw down properly.
